| 1. 지원자격 Qualification |
| - 4년제 학사학위 소지자 (영어,영어교육전공자 및 동등교육 이수자) Must have a Bachelor's degree (Major in English/Teaching or any equivalent course) - 2년이상 영어교육 경력자 Preferably has at least 2 yrs. - 영어 능숙자 (의사소통 능력이 뛰어난 사람, 분명한 영어발음) English Language proficient (Excellent communication skills and clear pronunciation with Neutral Accent) - 컴퓨터 및 인터넷 사용 능숙자 Must be skillful in using PC and Internet applications. |

| 4. 체계적인 영어능력 테스트 English Exam |
| - Written Exam ( Grammar and Syntax, Reading Comprehension, vocabulary and Essay) Oral Exam ( Listening, Pronuncaition and Speaking) |
| 5. 인성 적성 면접 Aptitude Interview |
| - 적극성,친화력 및 성실성, Logical reasoning and Thinking performance |
| 6. Final interview (Mock Class) |
| - 한국인 운영진과의 최종 인터뷰 및 모의수업 실시 Applicants need to qualify on a LIVE MOCK class with a KOREAN agent who has a FLUENT English level. |
| 7. 채용 |
| - 4주간의 집중 트레이닝 후 수업투입, 채용후에도 지속적인 트레이닝 실시 Continuous training handled by Certified English Coaching Team |
